Shama is a Kenyan-Indian who has 5 years experience in recruitment. Recruiting mid to senior level positions, she has been exposed to interacting with senior level staff from various sectors through telephone and in-person interviews. Being a recruiter. She’s also developed strong research and report writing skills.
Shama attained her BA in Psychology from the United States International University, Africa and MSc from the University of Nottingham, UK. Apart from this she has a certificate in counseling psychology, and recently attended an International Civilian Peacekeeping and Peacebuilding Training in Austria.
Through some soul searching, Shama has realized her passion and mission in life is to serve her country and continent. She envisions herself doing this through conflict analysis / security intelligence, although is not currently limiting herself to these fields.
