Pauline is 41 years old, she is married with two daughters. She is a Certified Mediator and Counsellor and the founder of Wawira Counselling which has been actively in operation for five years. She is also a member of Amani Women Network. Her mission statement is to facilitate communication between the parties in conflict with a view to helping them reach a voluntary resolution to their dispute that is timely, fair and cost-effective. She is also undertaking her masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Pauline is involved in self- care, trauma, emotional healing, peace and reconciliation talks, this is through training, open forums, group counselling and one on one counselling where she empowers people with skills that enable them take a pro-active role in issues affecting their lives.
