My name is Fatimata Ba, I am 28 years old, I am a double graduate of a master’s degree in Public Law specializing in international relations, obtained at the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar and a master’s in Gender and consolidation of peace obtained at the University Cheikh Anta Diop of Dakar, in partnership with the United Nations University for Peace.
In addition, I advocate in youth networks, such as the African Youth Parliament for Water, Mandela’s Aluminum Network Institute for Governance and Civics based in Pretoria (MINDS), member of the Women’s Network and Mediators for peace and security in the Sahel. Since October 2016, I have returned to the country where I worked as a Head of Institutional Strengthening and Gender Focal Point at Save The Children.
