Doreen Nkala from Zimbabwe , is a lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. She is a peace Pioneer trained and accredited by Generations for Peace Jordan. Recently she got training in Peace and Pluralism facilitation. Doreen works with youths in Zimbabwean universities. Since 2012 she has worked as a patron for Generations for Peace Club – Midlands State University for both Gweru and Zvishavane Campuses. The main aim of the club being to promote peace at grassroots level, through advocacy, sports, arts and empowerment for peace. The entrepreneurship and marketing backgrounds have helped her to undertake community initiatives projects as an entry point for conflict engagement processes. Through out the years as a lecturer she has gained experience in mediation and negotiation skills and her passion for peace projects is insurmountable.
