Beside a Master of Science Degree in Gender and Governance, I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management, Bachelor of Laws degree, Diploma in Laws and a Diploma in Education Secondary (DES). I have also accomplished numerous certified courses that have enhanced my knowledge, skills and competences in carrying out the roles of the Program Manager-NGO Careers – War Child Holland (WCH). I have an in-depth technical knowledge and work experience to develop and deliver strategies and approaches and advocate for best practice by facilitating dialog and agreement. I am willing and capable of working with different teams and coalition members to ensure delivery of impactful communications with the aim of delivering on War Child Holland (WCH) objectives through to business and political audiences. I have a strong management experience gained from my service as Program officer Human Rights and Good Governance at UJCC, Assistant District Registrar Electoral commission Moyo District, district Councilor Arua, women’s representative to Central Governing Council of Uganda Red Cross Society, President and Vice President of YWCA-Uganda, and current Chairperson Uganda Change Agent Association. I will support the designing and implementation of the project activities that address the unique challenges in the delivery and adaptive management of the position of Program Manager-NGO Careers – War Child Holland (WCH). In the same vain, contribute to research and science while remaining focused on building the capacity of individuals, serve as a member of the team of War Child Holland (WCH) Programme and Manage relationships with key external stakeholders so that War Child Holland (WCH) can succeed in its mission and vision.

Knowledge, Skills and Competences
I have knowledge and skills in managing and leading people gained from my leadership of Young Women’s Christian Association of Uganda (YWCA – Uganda), District Councillorship, and voluntary services as a member of Uganda Red Cross Society (URCS) where I represented Women on the Central Governing Board; and currently as President of Uganda Change Agent Association (UCAA). I performed competently as President (2010 – 2012) and First Vice President (2008 – 2010) of YWCA – Uganda. As a District Councilor, I served as Secretary for Gender and Social Development in Arua District Local Government (2001 – 2006); Secretary for Finance, Planning and Administration in Arua District Local Government (2006 – 2009); and, as Interim Chairperson of Maracha – Terego District Local Government (2008 – 2009). In the URCS, I served as Board Member representing Women as well as Chairperson of Health and Care Committee, on the Uganda Red Cross Society Central Governing Board (2007 – 2010). I have further served, voluntarily, as a Court Assessor in Arua High Court (2003 – 2006); and, currently as president Uganda Change Agent Association President.
Accordingly, I have acquired excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and supervisory, decision making and communication skills. My leadership positions have also made me gained vast experience in lobbying, interpersonal relations, research and ability to communicate with high level stakeholders. I enjoy target setting and ensuring results are achieved as planned with minimum supervision while being flexible and able to work within deadlines. I speak English, Kiswahili, Arabic, Madi and Lugbara quite well.
