Our Approach
Community Voices for Peace and Pluralism is an inclusive space for African women safeguarding diverse spaces for peacebuilding, dialogue by all generations, transforming and resolving violent conflicts, contributing to human dignity and social justice. Our approaches are participatory, working in active partnership with and for pluralistic communities.
In addition to providing professional services in international conflict analysis, conflict prevention, peacebuilding, post conflict reconstruction, mediation of armed conflict, dialogue facilitation, drafting peace agreements, confidential coaching for parties negotiating to end violent conflict and monitoring and evaluation, we develop capacities, using a peace through pluralism approach, for women to:
- Lead and participate in intercultural, formal or non- formal conflict prevention, transformation and mediation of armed conflict processes.
- Develop the expertise influence, connect, lead and participate in formal peace processes.
